I have been a fan of Eminem long. But recently, I came upon 2pac. To me, 2pac is much greater in terms of flow. His flow perfectly matches with the beat.
Whereas, Eminem, as I have observed, is more like Lil Wayne, and has the habit of violating beat. It is more like that Eminem recites a poem rather than rapping. Am I wrong?

You're going to find different opinions here. But I agree with you, 2Pac has the flow for every beat. Eminem sort of just raps what he wants over a beat without thinking too heavily on the flow. Both are amazing rappers but I personally believe 2Pac is the better rapper since he has the flow and the lyrics =)
