How do I change my username, profile picture, background, etc.?

I just joined this site a couple of days ago and I can't figure out how to change my profile picture, or username, or background, but I do see that there is a level... do I have to be a certain level? Please let me know as soon as possible, thanks!!

No. You do not need to be a certain level to do this.

Roll over the gear in the upper right corner and click Account Info. From there, you will be able to tamper with your profile picture, username, background, and all that other stuff.

See Barkley's answer if you only need to do it for Yahoo Answers.

Ok, not being there,, there is little help I can give... If I was you, I'd buy an external hard-drive and copy your C;/ drive to it, then reset your computer to it's factory settings - DO NOT format hard-drive. Finally upload all your files back again! Good Luck
