We went out and she broke up with me on our anniversary.. But she says she still loves me and wanted to meet up still.. I always said i loved her too from near enough the begining but im only 16. Do i really or am i "too young"?

If you think you love her, that means you love her. Love is a feeling that you experience, if you've experienced it, you have it. Now, it's possible that your love is irrational, but that can't be determined just by your age. Most adults are completely irrational, especially when it comes to love.
So in short, yes you love her, but you probably came to that conclusion for a stupid reason.
