Why don't you just do the most responsible thing and get your dog to a vet and get him properly diagnosed and treated, for whatever problem the vet finds? That is the only way you are going to find out what his problems are and how to treat them.

Common sense, take it to a vet with a fresh fecal for a proper diagnosis/treatment, as no one, including a vet can do this without examining your pup, least of all YA.
