Atheists: serious religious real world issues?

So does butter contain oil or not? If butter is made from milk and other things, why does it behave a lot like cooking oil? A bit less but still.

I cook 85% of my foods with butter because it sprays 60% less than cooking oil.

So does butter contain oil or not?

The lipid component of both milk and vegetable oil consists primarily of triglycerides ( fatty acid tri-esters of glycerol) They are therefore essentially the same class of chemical compound and any distinction between "fats" from butter and "oils" from vegetable material is, to all intents and purposes, unnecessary.

I'm no atheist, however I'll tell you this. Butter is not the best for cooking. It burns up very fast. Oil is better.

No butter does not contain any oil at all.....dairy product.....milk that has been churned into butter. You are right, it doesn't spit so much but it is very fattening and too much will result in hardened arteries.

Butter is fat. Far is grease/oil.
It acts like oil because it is.

edit: Blodwenbogbrush explained this scientifically, read that answer.

Coconut oil instead of other oils. I cook everything in coconut oil.
