My nephew was in his crib (he is 1 year and 8 months old) and he started climbing out and before I could get him he flipped over and fell he cried so much but he stopped within like 3 mins can this be bad for him??? He is fine now and moving normally...

If he is acting normally, especially that quickly, then I highly doubt there is anything wrong with him. Just keep an eye on him for a few hours and make sure he acts okay. Kids are durable. Heck, when I was a newborn my mom forgot to buckle me into my carrier, I slid out an landed head-first on a concrete floor--and I'm okay! *This is debatable, depending on which of my relatives you ask, of course.* :P
If you have any concerns, even if you just need peace of mind, you can always consult his pediatrician.
So long as he is moving okay, and behaving normally you are probably okay. Now is the time to think about transitioning to a toddler bed, if he's climbed out once, he will do it again and could break an arm or leg or do something even worse.
I think he is ok ! My first son fell out of bed many times before and now he's like an iron man. No need to worry about him as long as he's energetic .
Some babies get dropped down stairs and they're okay. I'm pretty sure your nephew is fine. Just look after him for a little and see if theres any signs of hurting. However I doubt it.
