I have a newly remodelled kitchen, wth drawers and cabinets, but i dont have any for pantry (food stocks, etc), can i use a shoe cabinet, or a book case cabinet as my pantry kitchen cabinet? or stick or look for a kitchen cabinet i'd be getting a ready made modular one that can be bought in stores, so ill just buy it and put it there instantly.

I have a pantry and use that but I also use some of my wall cabinets for food storage. I seem to need more food storage than I do storage for china and glasses so it works out great!! : }

my kitchen is located near the front door of my house. I use the coat rack as soon as you open the front door for my pantry and I have a coat rack for the jackets
