Yes, but please remember to drink lots of water as the rice will absorb tons of it as it 'cooks'; you don't want to get dehydrated.

Also the feeling when it swells to 2-3 times it's original size is true bliss.

Remember to cleanse your colon beforehand though otherwise you'll get 'brown rice'.
