I can't install any app, extension and theme from Google Web Store. It keeps saying Network_Failed.?

I tried all the remedies I saw on the internet and nothing worked. Please help T-T

I used get the same error, but I tried this and it works! Just clearing some files, uninstalling chrome and then reinstalling it! No harm to your pc either!
