What is the difference between Social Neuroscience and Sociology?

I want to understand the society the best. Which field is better? What is the difference?

Neuroscience is the nuts and bolts study of the brain. Neurons, synapses, chemicals, etc, etc. Social neuroscience would be the study of how the brain works in the context of various social interactions.

Sociology is the study of the interactions themselves.
