uncloging toilet with just a plunger?

ok so today wim watching my little brother and he spilled  juice without me knowing so he tried to clean it up with toilet paper long story short i was supposed to be watching him because my mom's paying me she will be home in 3 hours and im sure she Will be mad when my brother says "he was not watching me so i cleaned it up..... so first i tried flushing it and it stuffed up more so then me being stupid got the plunger and just put it up to the hole and plunged about twice then the blue die stuff you put in the tank came out along with all the paper and its siting at the bottom of the bowl  so i have a plunger. and know nothing about toilets what i see is that there is about an inch of water in the tank and very little in the bowl

Reach in there with your hand and fish out as much of the toilet paper as you can.  Put it in a plactic bag.  Take a coat hanger wire and dig out any additional toilet paper that you can get out of the hole.  Put it in a plastic bag.  Throw the bag in the trash.   Wash your hands.

Take your plunger and get a good tight seal all around the hole.  Then in a fast and strong motion plung up and down about 10 or 20 times.  Try to keep the seal around the hole as much as possible during plunging.  Flush.  Repeat as needed.

Mop up all the water on the floor and never speak of this again.

Try dumping a bucket of water down there. At least 2 1/2 gallons. Aim for the hole. Do it quickly, but don't let it overflow, but let it come close. The force of water may push the clog past the toilet, and into the bigger, drain pipes. Try this 2-3 times.
