It's about the scene where Morgan hands Daryl the map asking where they are, and it has the note that Abraham left for Rick.
How did Morgan end up with the map? I don't remember seeing anything that would explain that. Did it show it on screen and I just missed it? Or is it gonna be revealed next season?

It shows him at the very end of "Coda" walking into the church and looking at all the dead walkers inside. He places some snacks on the altar and prays, and while he's praying he notices a map on the ground. He opens it and sees the note. I guess he decided to keep it. Hope this helped. (:
