I'm visiting Carson City for three days for work. I'm 21 years old, I'm from Bakersfield, CA and don't really know what their is to do out there. I like to socialize, drink, smoke marijuana, I'm not shy, I'm just an overall down to earth person. Any hot spots I can visit where I'll be able to find all that?
