I have blocked a member and they still are unblocked?

"USUALLY" just clicking on SPAM after placing a check mark to
the left of the email when you receive the message will
direct it to your SPAM FOLDER and any subsequent emails
will go there. If the email has been opened click on SPAM
above the text area.

For those emails that you feel are safe to open they usually
have an UNSUBSCRIBE option at the bottom of their email.

..Sometimes clicking on SPAM does not stop it from coming
back in to your inbox. If that happens place it in your blocked
address list as described below.
Hover your pointer over the GEAR....upper right....above your
inbox emails....click on SETTINGS...go to the left and click
on Blocked Addresses....put the address in the
"add an address" box...click on BLOCK ..then SAVE.
