My brother had a paper route when we were kids in Ohio. He had to fold the papers each morning very early (before school) and ride his bike around the neighborhood to throw the paper on the subscribers' porches. An 11-year-old might be too young for this, though.
Give your daughter chores for which she can earn money...like doing laundry, or maybe mowing the lawn. And speaking of lawn mowing, that might some something she could do for your neighbors to earn a few extra dollars.

At that age I was getting paper awards for doing chores from my parebts. Maybe get her to clean yards or something. Water plants. Something simple.
I used to do stuff like that. Never got paid for it. It was chores to me lol
Oh how about walking dogs, getting her to makes sure they pee or poo. Pay her a dollar or two for each thing.

water neighbor's plants for vacation. I did that at age 10 and got like $150

You shouldn't make your eleven year old work let her be a child

What ever jobs you're willing to pay her for.
