Is this young Filipina some sort of scammer?

Filipina I met online: feel like something's not right.  Pretty, innocent-looking girl, almost 19.  Dresses well.  Says she lives in the Batulang slums near Cagayan de Oro.  Says she has 8 siblings and 2 parents.  I asked her to send me a live photo of her home.  She did, but there was no one visible in the photo.  I asked.  She said the kids were out playing.  But it was 6:15am there!!

We have spoken via phone 3x.  Heard kids in the background most of those times.  Fun and normal -- she actually speaks English well.

I know cell connectivity is sketchy over there.  But will disappear for hours w/no warning, then come back with a "hi honey" or “hi handsome” Apologizes for her connection not working or her charger not working.

We use Facebook to chat. From that, it would appear that she's who she says she is.

I'm 50 and smart and so on; USA citizen.  Have dated many here around age 30. But not 18!!

After only 3-4 days messaging: "I love you.  Goodnight."  Huh?!?

I know from the phone calls that her connection isn't so great. But the online messaging is odd because she comes and goes with no rhyme or reason.

She hasn't asked for money but has reminded me several times that she's poor and needs to work hard to save up for college starting this summer.

She says she's 5'-3", 90 lb.  I think her photo suggests more like 100-105 lbs.  It doesn't matter to me -- the only reason I point it out is that it is one of the many things that seem just a little odd.

She doesn't look 19. I know Filipinas look young but that girl is maybe 15 or 16
And no 19 year old tells a 50 year old man she loves him unless she is out for his money or a greencard or both
Think with your brain, not your privates.

Of course she doesn't ask for money right away. That's why she is planting the seeds now by saying she's poor, she needs money for college and she has a house full of siblings. Trust me she WILL ask for money eventually
Just keep telling her you are poor, you don't have a job, you have no money and see how long she stick around

What woman in their right mind tells a man she's known for 3 days that she loves him, without spending a single day with him? Of course it's a scam or she's mentally ill

She is much too young for you and it sounds like she is just looking for some money I am not trying too be rude and I am also not saying you are ugly or anything but an 18 year old girl would never go for a 50 year old man unless she wanted money or something. Try too find some one around your age! You are also in the wrong here trying too date an 18 year old girl! she is 32 years younger than you! Seriously that is wrong and perverted! She is still a TEENAGER! If I were you I would cut off communication with her immediately, she sounds sketchy and she is way too young for you.
