Does using the Quen sign cause you to deal less damage to enemies? It doesn't say that it does, but I'm trying to do a boss fight (the dragon in Chapter 3) and I'm using Quen so it's attacks don't damage me as much, but I am barely doing any damage. is this because of Quen? or is it just EXTREMELY strong?

Quen doesn't effect your damage output. Saskia is just one super strong woman. There is no real easy way around the fight. Just keep your distance and attack when you have the oppurtunity. It will take a long time to kill her even with really good equipment.

Quen in no way affects the damage you deal to enemies. Yes it has a lot of HP. I assume you have a decent silver sword, make sure you use a whetstone as your oils and such will be pretty useless.
