I am a Christian by birth and 23 years old girl. I had a wish to acquiring knowledge about religion. I learned about Buddhist and Islam as my University subject was Religion History. Among these religion Islam is the best. The line oh holy Qur'an touch my heart. In one speech, I've fallen in love with Islam.
Now I want to be a complete Muslim. But how can I convert myself? How will my family take it? How can I manage my society?

Islam is the best religion. In Bible there's a line of latest prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihe Wasallam. That proves the dignity of Islam.
Quran is the message of Allah (Great God) not created by any human. Every doctor and Scientist recherche the holy Quran. Quran is the center of all hidden knowledge of the world. It's every line is heart touching.
Many christian and other religious people thinks that Islam teach terrorism. But truly there's not a single line of terrorism in Islam. Islam is a religion of Peach.
Don't dot wast time. Just say Kalima "La ilaha Illallahu Muhammadur Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihe Wasallam)".
Don't need to inform your family and society until you will self dependent.
And make a Muslim Company who will support you and will marry you.

You mean you were raised a Christian. A newborn infant is incapable of adhering to a religion.
What makes you think Islam is the best? Shouldn't "veracity of claims" be the foremost question when evaluating a religion? Emotion inspiring prose or poetry doesn't mean it's true.
TBH, I'd think that if you knew enough to declare Islam the best, that you'd already be familiar with what conversion would require.
For the more serious questions, we don't know how your family will take it, as we don't know your family. All kinds of people react in all kinds of ways. Your safety should be your first priority.

To become a muslim, you just have to say the shahadah(declaration of faith) sincerely with belief..
Say - Ash-hadu an Laa ilaaha illAllaah wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadur-Rasoolullaah
((meaning - I testify that there is nothing worthy of worship except Allaah( One God) and Muhammad is His Messenger.))
And you'll be a muslim ! :D
So, basically... you can be a muslim right now by yourself..
you can say your shahadah in front of other muslims in the mosque again, that will help you get to know more muslims in the society and they should be glad to help with anything you need.. it always help when you get some support and motivation..
If your family/friends are very much against islam and you're afraid then keep it hidden for a little while slip in some conversations about religion and islam and make islam look good enough for them to be opening up to islam and then it's safer to say it to them..
Listen to stories of the people who converted to islam, they are sharing their personal stories.. you can also show these to your family/friends how/why so many people are converting to islam

Peace upon with you sister. Easy way is just go to the mosque and find Imam, they will teach you everything. After that be brave and never look back again. You must learn the basic of being a Muslim. Don't worry, take your time and hope you will find the peaceful in your everyday life. :)
