How do i stop muddy pooling at the bottom left of my driveway?

My neighbor and i share a mud pool of water that never quite goes away at the end of the driveway. I don't know if they have a leak in their sprinkler system or if their car being parked a foot away fulltime causes some kind of indention in the concrete but it seems no one else in the neighborhood has this problem. A county street sweeper temporarily fixes the problem once in a while. I don't know how to go about fixing this problem

You probably have a slightly low spot at that location which is causing the water not to drain. Very possibly sprinkler water that runs into the street is accumulating in that spot. Try checking right downhill from that spot to see if there is an accumulation of gravel or debris that is blocking flow of water down street. If you have a low area possibly adding a litle asphalt in that area will solve the problem.
