Look, SF didn't ask the Feds to send him here. They had him in Vacaville Federal Prison and could have deported him from there. Once he was in SF on a twenty-year-old dime-bag charge, where the evidence has long-since disappeared, Sheriff's Dept. had nothing to hold him on. As far as living in a city where we do not deport people for jaywalking, YES! I am proud of that.
