From your question (confused and befuddled as it is) Explain how a grocery store can pick up a bag of dog food ( or anything for that matter) and just to be clear, I doubt that the grocery store has a back. Foundation, walls, floor certainly.... but a back? So even if it were possible for the grocery store to pick up a bag, what reason would you have to sue? (sheesh)
