how long does it take to replace the faucet in a kitchen sink?
How long should it take? It's being done by someone who knows what there doing.

A half hour or less if the original was installed by a competent person and comes out easier. Longer if the original installation was messed up or the pipes are old and corroded. There are too many factors that affect how long any job takes. It takes what it takes. As long as it gets done, what does the time frame matter?

Murphy's law, what can go wrong will. I fixed things for decades and the jobs I thought were hard took little time, the one's I thought were easy took forever. There is no way to gauge these things because of all the different kinds of faucets and systems.

what Peter said. First problem is do the shutoff valves work. If not does the whole house shut off valve work. If not, how long to get the city or town out to shut you off at the street, or how long to reprime the pump if you are on a well?
Is there a way to drain all the water if you have to turn the whole house off to replace the shut off valves under the sink?.........yada yada yada.
What Peter said.

Peter hit it on the head. in the perfect world without any issue and everything lines up like it should, 20 to 30 min, especially if you have a gopher. But one little mickey mouse that needs to be fixed or one thing not quite right, can really take some time to straighten out.
