Cover image on fanfiction keeps disappearing?

I have a story posted on fanfiction.net and I keep saving the cover photo for it. It says it's fine for a couple hours and shows it on the main page for a while, but then it vanishes. It has happened several times and I Don't know why. I have all the rights to it too. Help?

Check out the forums on the site: quite a few other people are having this issue.  Hopefully they can get it resolved soon!
