Poll! Have you ever bought a broken device by mistake?
I bought a tablet from Bestbuy a few weeks ago and when I opened the box, there was a bunch of broken glass and a busted tablet inside!! I returned it, and they refused to give me my money back at first, until I called the company itself and that took FOREVER! Has that ever happened to anyone?
