Will a broken mirror really mean back luck? I honestly don't think so.?

What do you all think? I think it's BULLSHIT.

Like I said, I don't believe. I'm just taking a pole.

I've never broken a mirror btw, I was just asking.

I've heard that the origins of the myth come from the fact that the mirror is somehow reflecting more than your reflection but also your soul. By shattering it therefore you are also damaging part of your soul.

Of course that is superstitious nonsense and you have nothing to worry about.

Or do you?

I think that superstition probably started when glass mirrors first came into use. They were very pricey, so breaking one was an expensive accident.

The only ones that can answer you this question with HONESTY and EXPERIENCE are the people who MAKE MIRRORS for a living and accidentally (or intentionally) break them.
Nobody knows better than them.

In my belief Christianity we decide not to believe in things like black cats and broken mirrors can bring bad luck. (I have a black cat in my dorm!)

If you believe in it then sure
