It is my first time using a tampon, im going to a damce workshop from 10-3 and it takes 45 minutes to get there and home sominwould be leaving it in for about 6 1/2 hours, is that ok or should i try to change it before? Its also the lightest absorbancy of the playtex gentle glide 360

it's unhealthy to leave a tampon in for more than 4 hours so I would recommend trying to change it during those 6 horse. even if it doesn't bleed through, it could cause health issues.

You'll need to change it if it's the lightest absorbancy unless you stick in a small pad or panty liner in case your drip a bit.
