So I started talking to a girl about two weeks ago and we've hung out three times. I hung out with her last night and we've gotten closer to the point of flirting and we slept next to each other. I was gonna ask her to hang out again today but I don't want to look clingy or anything. Should I ask her or not?

Yes, ask her. I just started seeing a new guy about a week ago and he has asked me to hang out pretty much every day except the one day I told him I was busy. I think it's sweet honestly. I know some people think it's clingy but after the last few guys I've dated it's really nice having that feeling this guy is really into me.
