Is it legal to kill a bear with my feet?

Yes it is illegal.
But please let me know where and when you are going to go after an adult bear with just your feet. There is a whole Roman Circus thing about this I would love to watch.

Depends where you are. In some places bears are protected. If it is a cub, probably the only bear you might handle, it would be illegal and considered animal cruelty.

unless you smear poison on your feet before he eats them I'm not sure how you're going to accomplish that

but anyway I think you should definitely get arrested afterwards. you won't have a leg to stand on.
