Describe weather the equilibrium lies in the reactant or product side of each hypothetical reaction and explain why.

a) 2A+2B arows going both ways 3C (K=2.29x10 to the -9)

b)2A+B arrows going both ways 2C+D (K=2.29X10 to the -9)

They both have arrows pointing both ways, don t know how to put that there.

for both reactions; on reactant side... K=C^2/(A^2*B^2)

if denominator increases => K decreases

K=2.29x10^-9 << 1
