2 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder Throttle Body Noise?

New engine replaced broken engine, sat for a month every thing fine except for this throttle noise upon acceleration, sounds like a Hot Rod or a GRRRRRRR perhaps a Roar also. Its very annoying .
Clean the throttle body once which only change the noise slightly.
There are no exhaust leaks.

Check the intake side for leaks. Start from the air box and work your way over to the throttle body. Look for loose clamps or tubing not connected also make sure that the air box has all of its attachments connected
