where did trance producers get there inspiration from?
i want to make my own but i want to know where to look for my inner passion for trance(90's stuff). and yeah i do have an old midi synth and FL studios I'm just stuck at what should i go for.

Trance producers (epecially Goa trance, psytrance and early '90s trance producers) get their inspirations directly from a combination of Musique concrète, Berlin School, and space music. Also, music such as ambient music and psychedelic rock have also drawn inspiration.
