Paranormal Television Shows- Likes & Dislikes?

I'm currently developing a paranormal television show & would like to hear what people here like and dislike about what's on the air now, and what they would like to see.

If you can provide examples, it would be appreciated. Also, before it starts, please don't argue with each other, everyone has their tastes.

I really like the paranormal shows that approach things as unexplained, rather than spell it out(X-Files, Fringe, Haven, but even early episodes of Buffy, Charmed who first needed to get to know their powers).

A major dislike is 'flexible lore', I don't like vampires that can walk in the Sun, especially when 'sometimes' they can. Or werewolves that don't follow moon-cycles.
