Percentage wise, many more people have problems stepping back than with Windows 10 in the first place.
If your upgrade to Win 10 was in the last 30 days, look in Settings.
If it was older than that, then you need to buy a new copy and license of Windows 8 and install it.

Take your hard drive to a repair shop and have it reformatted, then have 8.1 downloaded onto it and start over. Microsoft wants EVERYBODY running 10, so there's no escape from it.
