Couple bits of feedback. Firstly, is there ANY chance of a shorter URL? This might be more hassle than it's worth at this point, but a long URL is gonna drive away some customers. Remember that website customers are fickle, and incredibly ADD: If they can't do it in 3 seconds, they're not gonna wanna do it.
Second, Red on Green is an absolutely HORRIBLE idea. These are what we call "Complementary Colors", which are colors that are opposite on the color wheel (i.e., they have hues that are rotated 180 degrees from each other). The human eye has a lot of difficulty finding the edges between the two colors. Secondly, users with deuteranopia (a VERY common form of color-blindness) will not see enough distinction between the two colors. Finally, we've been 'trained' from a very young age to read "red" as "bad". Any red text will be at first seen as something BAD.
In the same vein, the section on what you do is light text on a light background. Not a good idea. You want this as easy for your user to read as possible. If that means Black text on a White background, so be it. Focus on READABILITY first, THEN artistics!
Next, you have a LOT of crap on the side bars. Get rid of some of it. I have no idea what half of the buttons are, and the last time someone cared how many users visited your site was... back in like 1999. Get rid of the 'visitors' counter.
Get rid of the Copyright notice. If this site really IS copyright someone, put it on a separate legal page. Putting that at the bottom of your page just looks cheesy.
"Review of my work": I'm not a lawn specialist. Are those lawns supposed to look amazing? What am I looking at? Your customers are NOT EXPERTS IN YOUR FIELD! Be nice to them, and describe stuff!
Page title(s): Your customers should know already that they're on cutgrassandlawncare.net. This should NOT be in the title. Instead, have a nice, clean title for each page: "Home: Cut Grass and Lawn Care", "About: Cut Grass and Lawn Care", etc.
Are you in Rome, Italy? Because this site is on the internet. It's globally available. I can guarantee you that if anyone goes to this site, and does not ALREADY know where you are, they'll assume you're some Italian lawn care specialist located in Rome. You MUST say "Rome, Georgia" EVERYWHERE, as annoying as it may sound.
Your "Services" page: Why in the name of all that's technological would you think dark green text on a dark green background is okay? Are you TRYING to make this website difficult to view?
Overall, you REALLY need to start thinking about your customers. Stop thinking "Oooh, pretty colors! I like green!" and start thinking "What's gonna make this site easy to use?".
?
I think you should add some description of what you charge for various lawn mowing services.
