None. I don't consume grains, sugar, or empty carbs.
I do however love to make 'N'oatmeal' for breakfast sometimes. Its this homemade grain-free, sugar-free, and low-carb version of oatmeal made from riced cauliflower, ground flax, almond butter, egg and egg white. I sweeten it with stevia, and have low sugar berries on top with sugar-free maple syrup. Sometimes add unsweetened coconut flakes, nuts, hemp seeds, dark chocolate sugar-free chunks, etc... and pour some unsweetened coconut milk. Its so yummy and it healthier and more satisfying than real oatmeal and grain filled cereals.
