unable to create disposable addresses?

Thanks but...Have around 25 addresses already. Error MSG says: Error MSG says:
"Sorry, an unknown error has occurred. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact customer care."
This started all of a sudden 01/16/16. Cleaned out the cache, running IE-11 with no problems whatsoever.

Hover over the far right gear icon ⚙ in Yahoo mail and then click "settings".
Then click "security" in left column.
You create a base address which can never be changed. You then create suffixes to the base address which can be added and deleted at any time.

If you are getting some type of error then we need details.
