Why won t this girl give my sweatpants back?

A while ago I went to a park with friends,I just got back  from the gym with my bag, I changed pants for the hike we went on, and in the process I accidentally left my pants in this girls car, I ve asked her a few times for them back, she says she had them washed and folded,but still hasn t given them back,, we used to "talk" she s admitted that I m cute and so forth, the one day I walked past her without speaking and she said "hey Lynn I sti have your pants" 
So it feels like a game.

This is the girl's game. As you said the girl thinks your cute she probably has a crush on you this is her excuse to talk to you and stuff like that, girls do this to get close to you. She might say something like "hey maybe you should come over to my house to collect your sweatpants?" Or something like that. If you like her back great play along if not try it see where it goes.
