Skyrim hands down is my favorite the world is incredibly rich and beautiful (especially with mods) and i am a sucker for medieval fantasy games. The only game in which i prefer to travel on foot rather fast travel to see what adventures lie on the road. You never know when you find a dragon, an orc fort, or a dwarf ruin. I guarantee at least 3 detours before reaching your destination. Once ended up chasing a headless horseman ghost for hours.
