There are a lot of services that will help you and charge a monthly fee such as livestream,com . You can also live stream on youtube which is probably your best bet. You could also have an app made for that. Doubt many people will watch and it will probably cost more that you bring in but that's the cost of doing business and fame because that's what the world needs is another televangelist.

Can atheists live tweet during it so we can point out the pastor/preacher/priest's logical fallacies in real time? That's what I do when I go to the church/temple/mosque. I write each fallacy down as the speaker says them.

get a website and find someone that has mad nerd skills in your church.
otherwise livestream on livestream or youtube. the hard thing is to find a viewing audience.
it's often easier and cheaper just to upload pre-recorded services to youtube and link to them on your church website.
