"She" - are you also a she?
If not, and maybe even if, you should have a chaperon if either of you are underage and maybe if you are (like the nurse in the doctor's office with a woman patient.)
Make sure you get a model release and a copy which specifies any limitations you want on the image distribution (what use she can make of it and whether you have any right to a copy.)
As to pose and location - that should be worked out between the two of you - you have to hold the pose for quite a while, with occasional breaks
