I went on Facebook this morning and a post showed up on my news feed that was my ex. We have a lot of mutual friends and a few commented on it. It was clearly aimed towards me, saying how he has a wonderful family and great friends. There was a time in our relationship where they were getting into our relationship and it started to cause bad feelings. Why would he go around trying to prove a point? It's annoying, we broke up 4 months ago and I refuse to act on it. Only nice advice please!

I'm not sure why you think that was aimed towards you and I'm also unclear what point it is he was trying to prove. I get that you said they got in your business but I still don't see how this is relevant to you and your life now. Maybe he was just feeling grateful for the people in his life at that moment. Also, what  would you "act on"?
