My ex and I broke up 4 months ago and he's still talking about me!!! Not in a positive light (from what I hear). He put something up on social media that was clearly put up to make me mad and it's a coincidence because I just made a new page in which we have many mutual friends. He's not that mushy type either. Why do ex's normally do this? I don't wanna hear just let him, move on because I am giving not reaction and moving on. Only good advice please! Thanks.

Unfortunately, if he's not directly saying your name is posts, then can't and shouldn't call him out on the social media thing.

BUT, if you keep hearing that he's verbally talking about you, you have the right to confront him nicely. Don't come off hostile. Tell him that you didn't want the break up to be like this, and that if he still has hard feelings, to come to you about it.
