What kind of puppy is he and how old?

Hello! So, this is Bandit/Flynn/Panda, and I found him trying to run across traffic last week. Anyone got a guess as to what breed he might be? He looks like he might be some sort of sheepdog. I was thinking he might be somewhere between 5 to 8 weeks old, though I'd be surprised if he was more than 6 weeks. He's tried nursing from my dog, Cotton, who's behind him, a couple times. He seems to be doing pretty good, otherwise, aside from some loose stool, but that might stress/diet change related.

He's not yours yet, you have to report him as found in case his owners are looking for him. Have a vet check him for a microchip and offer to foster him. Report him found to Animal Control and your local shelter and pound.
If his owners cannot be found in 30 days you can adopt him.

He looks like a Shih Tzu x Poodle.

I have no idea - perhaps there's some Border Collie in there. But that's immaterial. Athough it was kind to get him off the roads, the puppy should be taken straight to your local Shelter where some family trying to find him will be checking. If nobody claims him, you can let the Shelter know you'd like to keep him, if you do, and if you are approved, you can then adopt him legally. Just keeping a stray is theft.

And it looks as if he may have fleas which he's passed onto your other dog!!!

Not your dog to keep. Ask the shelter when you turn it in, while you wait for the owner to claim it.

Start posting 'Found Fliers' at all the vet offices, shelters, rescues, pounds, around the neighborhood, and in all the local news papers.

Then and only then if no one claims him can you legally adopt him.

How would you feel if someone found your dog and decided to keep it?
