People have always said I was good at art but i know other gemini females that are bad at it so it confused me.

Always got an "A" in my courses in Art school.

It is not hard to be good at art. It is a matter of training your hands to follow what your eyes see.
Same with music .. training your hands to follow the written music on the page.
Same with typing/keyboarding skills.
Gemini's excel at finger coordination.
Understand, though, that Neptune is the planet of CREATIVITY. Art is a combination of learned skill plus creativity.
Gemini creativity tends to be more with ideas and words .. unless Neptune makes a strong aspect to any of the 5 "personal planets" in your birthchart or is "angular" (conjunct any of the 4 "angles").
