i have a warrant for traffic ticket failure to show up in court and suspended license in new jersey can i get a license in the state of pennsylvania i am going to pay my tickets in new jersey tho if i go to dmv will they arrest me if i go and ask

As soon as your license is reinstated in New Jersey, you can get one in Pennsylvania. Until then, it is suspended in all 50 states.

I don't know that they will arrest you but you won't be able to get a license. They do look at that stuff before issuing you one.
