What should I wear out of these 3 outfits? Business casual?

I'm a freshman in college and I have to do a speech for my communications class tomorrow. I'm supposed to dress business casual. I don't know what I should wear out of these 3 outfits:
- red sweater dress with black tights and high brown leather boots
- long beige cardigan with black skinny jeans and black flats
- long beige cardigan with thick black leggings and high brown leather boots

Please help! I'm not really sure which would be considered business casual. Thanks!

Cardigan and jeans. If you get too hot you can take the sweater off where as I don't think you could with the other 2 outfits

I can tell you what NOT to wear: the leggings. Leggings are not business appropriate. Either the pants or the dress are better than leggings.
