Should I talk about How I feel or not?
So theres alot that goes on so i dont know if i should talk about how i feel? I'm scared to because i dont want the person i talk to to feel bad or have to listen to m... But if i keep it in I just get more and more sad and stuff. I don't know what to do help me.
to anyone else that's gonna answer this i cant get a therapist or anything or talk to anyone at school
