No, its a scam. Yahoo has no telephone support.
The numbers are a form of ransomware, they convince you to setup a remote session with you, they corrupt key OS files, install a specific virus and then try to charge you to fix the problem.
In addition, the free or low-rate phone numbers forward to premium rate numbers. If you check your phone bill, you'll find that the call has cost up to $12 per minute.

No. That number you called is to the scammers who want to attempt to gain access to your computer. Don't give them your personal information. Yahoo doesn't provide telephone support, instead has online support that doesn't cost you anything.

They request remote access to your computer, inflict damage to your operating system, and then demand several hundred dollars (credit card payment) to fix things.
Real Yahoo support people NEVER demand payment.
