What is a Hazmat Sim on the Sims 3 World Adventures?

Awhile back, during my game play of The Sims 3 World Adventures (along with other Suff & Expansion packs installed), I got a notification saying that my Sim could now be a "Hazmat Sim." I don't know what that is? Thank you for your time.

A "Hazmat Sim" is one who has become experienced disarming traps. Whereas it used to take longer and maybe 2-3 tries to do it, they can now do it quicker and usually on the first try for about 80% of the traps.
