Constantly bloated and feeling heavy?

for weeks now out of no where my stomach got bloated and it hasn't gone away since. it's so big that it makes me look and feel pregnant. i even went to the doctor and they took a pregnancy test, just ended up telling me to eat better. i don't understand why it isn't going away I am only 112 pounds and normally have a flat stomach..but it has been bloated for awhile now. Does anyone know why or how to get rid of bloating????? :(
